BeWhoop is a technology platform only. We do not host events, manage gatherings, or control what occurs at any meetup.

Nature of the Platform

BeWhoop:

• Is a software platform that helps users discover and manage events.
• Does not organize, supervise, control, or participate in any physical gatherings.
• Has no responsibility for what happens during or after any event.
• Does not sell tickets. All ticket purchases are made through third-party providers.
• Once a user leaves our app and visits an external ticketing site, their terms and privacy policies apply.

User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Exercise caution and personal judgment when interacting with others or attending events

BeWhoop does not vet, screen, or guarantee the behavior, legitimacy, or safety of event hosts or participants.

You participate in any gathering at your own risk.

Event Creation and Participation

Event hosts:

• Are solely responsible for all aspects of their events
• Must ensure they have appropriate rights, permissions, and licenses
• Must comply with all legal and safety obligations

BeWhoop:

• Is not liable for injuries, damages, disputes, or losses arising from any event
• Does not mediate conflicts between users or event hosts

External Links and Ticketing

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and ticketing providers.

We:

• Do not control the content or actions of external platforms
• Are not responsible for their policies or activities
• Do not process, handle, or store ticket payment information

Content Guidelines

Users agree not to upload or share:

• Illegal or harmful content
• Copyrighted material without permission
• Misleading, fraudulent, or inappropriate content

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or threatens platform integrity.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, software, and content on BeWhoop are owned by us or licensed to us. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any BeWhoop property without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

BeWhoop, its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• User interactions
• Third-party platforms
• External ticketing
• Misuse of the Platform
• Technical failures

Use of BeWhoop is entirely at your own risk.

Account Suspension and Termination

• Threaten user safety or platform integrity
