Our Commitment to Child Safety

BeWhoop is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This policy outlines our standards, definitions, reporting mechanisms, and enforcement actions in accordance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards and applicable laws.

Definition of CSAE

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) refers to any activity that exploits, abuses, or endangers a minor for sexual purposes. This includes, but is not limited to grooming, coercion, sexual communication with minors, trafficking, and any behavior intended to sexually exploit a child.

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

CSAM includes any visual, audio, written, or digital content that depicts or sexualizes minors. This includes photographs, videos, illustrations, animations, or any other content intended to exploit children sexually. The creation, distribution, or possession of CSAM is illegal and strictly prohibited on BeWhoop.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BeWhoop:

  • Uploading, sharing, or distributing CSAM
  • Grooming or attempting to sexually engage with minors
  • Sextortion, coercion, or manipulation involving minors
  • Encouraging or facilitating CSAE in any form

Enforcement & Reporting

Any content or account found to be involved in CSAE or CSAM will be immediately removed and permanently banned. BeWhoop cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and child protection authorities and will report confirmed cases as required by law.
